+ With 4 additional handles you can maximize efficiency with two 3-handle sets. This permits preloading burs with key sizes #4 & 6 for instant bur size swapping. You may want to preload the third handle with either a #2 or #8 if you already know you will need one of those sizes.

Additionally, such a gentle approach inherently minimizes pulpal trauma! This is especially pertinent with a sensitive tooth. Such benefits are not possible with powered rotary instruments.
