You can purchase two bur sets with either your AO Starter or Combo 6 purchases to accommodate back-to-back appointments. With the purchase of each of these sets, you will receive two sets of assorted sizes [ 2 - 4 - 6 - 8 ].
If you purchase a Conversion 4 set: it will be assumed that it is intended for Combo 6 operation.
You will receive one four set of these sizes: [ 4 - 4 - 6 - 6 ] to accommodate back-to-back appointments to supplement what you already have in your AO two handle kit. 
Please limit your purchases to 2 sets (8 burs) for AO and C6 sets; 1 set (4 burs) for Conversion set. Please purchase additional burs from a dental supply company.
