I recommend starting with AIOS, since that may be all you need. You can later add a QS CONVERSION if desired, which then automatically becomes a QUICK-SWITCH COMBO 6 set.  Of course, you can order them together from the start and immediately have a  QS COMBO 6 set. Pricing is the same either way.  
 
QS Combo Operation:  
* Chairside bur changing (CBC) has no role in Quick-Switch operation.
* QS standard handles permanently mount bur sizes #4 and #6.
* AIO handles (in a QS combo set) function just as QS handles: NO CBC.
* AIOs preload sizes #2 or #8 by pre-assessment prior to treatment.
